This role involves a wide range of joinery tasks to support BKR Scheme, working closely with the team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard. | Roles & Responsibilities: Job roles will include but are not limited to: Assist with the installation of kitchens and bathrooms including: – Carry out all joinery work required to support heating installations – Fit pipe casings, lift and re-lay floorboards – Install roof vents and remove/re-fit fireplaces – Work as part of an efficient and collaborative team – Undertake some general labouring duties when required – Support colleagues across other sites as directed by management – Other tasks as deemed necessary by management | |
Personnel Specification:
| Essential Criteria: – NVQ Level 3 in Joinery (or equivalent) / Time-served Joiner – Full UK Driving Licence – Excellent communication skills – Willingness to work across multiple locations as required | Desirable Criteria:· – Experience working on social housing schemes |
