Our Environment

H&A Group are committed to reducing the impact on the environment for the benefit of current and future generations.

We work closely with our supply chain and source products/materials from environmentally responsible suppliers, through our EMS we measure the use of virgin natural resources, recycled content, replacement interval, recycled input, recyclability

Seeking to reduce the impact on the environment we have installed a 100 Kwh wind turbine, Biomass boiler and Air Source Heat Pump at our Head Office as well as Solar PV panels at other sites. We are commited to investing in further installations of Solar PV panels across our sites and the use of innovative technologies such as battery storage solutions for energy. 

Through ‘Business in the Community’ we have undertaken environmental training emphasising carbon reduction and are preparing a Climate Action Pledge detailing our pledge to reduce Scope 1/Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2030.
