Apprenticeships
H&A have been investing in our future and the future of many young people since 1993 by providing workplace opportunities as part of various apprenticeship programs.
We offer a broad range of apprenticeship opportunities including Plumbing, Electrical and Administration.
We work closely with the local colleges to deliver structured and proficient programs, and ensure that all apprentices work alongside experienced staff who will support them every stage of their program by helping them put everything they learn into practice and building their confidence in a professional environment.
Many of our staff members began their career through an apprenticeship with H&A and are now valued members of our team, with many in Team Leader or Management positions having worked their way up.
Over the last 10 years we have employed an average of 9 apprentices every year and we hope to continue to provide these opportunities and more in the future.
