The Affordable Warmth Scheme is the Department for Social Developments Scheme for addressing fuel poverty in the private sector throughout Northern Ireland and provides a list of energy efficiency measures to include Heating, Insulation, Windows and Solid Wall Insulation. 

A recent oil installation under this scheme included the removal of the old oil boiler and we replaced it with a high efficiency oil boiler, these works also included the replacement of the hot water cylinder, new jackets fitted to the water tanks, new heating controls throughout the property, 208m of 150mm insulation fitted to the roofspace and 16 roof vents were fitted. With our team of skilled installers, all works were completed within 1 day as to minimise disruption to the customer.
