End of an Era, Start of a New Chapter: H&A Group’s HQ Transformation Begins

After more than 30 years in our long-standing head office, H&A Group is embarking on an exciting new chapter with the redevelopment of our Headquarters in Draperstown.

This project represents far more than just a new building — it’s a symbol of our continued growth, innovation, and commitment to creating a workplace designed for the future.

Honouring Our Heritage While Looking Ahead
While much of the building will be transformed, we’re proud to retain elements of the original structure, preserving our heritage as we create a modern, purpose-built space. The redevelopment plans, designed in collaboration with McGurk Architects, feature a striking new design that includes:

  • A 7-metre front extension
  • A brand-new second floor
  • Expanded meeting rooms and flexible workspaces
  • A dedicated training facility
  • Modern amenities to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing

These enhancements will bring all of our Draperstown-based staff together under one roof, creating an environment where teams can connect, collaborate, and thrive.

Breaking Ground with Trusted Partners
The redevelopment officially begins on 26th May, with OBConstruction appointed as the main contractor for the project.

“This redevelopment has been a long-held vision for H&A Group,” said Carlus McWilliams. “Our new headquarters will not only reflect who we are today but also provide the space and facilities we need to grow into the future.”

A Journey We’ll Share Together
As the work progresses, we’ll be sharing regular updates, behind-the-scenes videos, and key milestones, inviting you to join us on this exciting journey.
