H&A Group was proud to sponsor and take part in the Air Ambulance NI Runway Run at City of Derry Airport, joining hundreds of participants in support of the charity’s life-saving Helicopter Emergency Medical Service.

Around 250 runners and walkers took on the unique 5K course along the airport runway, raising enough funds to help deliver six days of Air Ambulance NI’s vital pre-hospital emergency care service. With the charity responding to an average of two emergency call-outs every day, the funds raised from the event have the potential to help save 12 lives.

As the event’s headline sponsor, the H&A Group team was delighted to raise more than £10,000 for Air Ambulance NI through the event. The team’s fundraising contribution will help the charity continue delivering specialist critical care to patients across Northern Ireland when every second counts.

The Runway Run brought together people from across the community, including families, supporters and those whose lives have been touched by Air Ambulance NI’s work. It was an inspiring evening that highlighted the importance of the charity’s service and the generosity of everyone who took part.
