We were thrilled to take part in the 2026 SistersIN Celebration at ICC Belfast, celebrating the achievements of young women across Northern Ireland. Mentoring pupils from Ballycastle High School and Cross and Passion College Ballycastle, we loved seeing these inspiring students shine and connect with incredible female leaders.

As part of SistersIN Job Shadow Day, Naomi and Aoife joined us at H&A Group HQ for a hands-on day exploring careers in marketing, business development, HR, and sustainable construction. From practical interview tips to visiting a live low-carbon site, the day showcased the diverse opportunities within our business and inspired the next generation of leaders.
