H&A Group is proud to announce the newest cohort of apprentices joining our team in 2025, continuing our long-standing commitment to shaping the future of skilled trades in Northern Ireland.

For over 30 years, the H&A Apprenticeship Programme has been central to our success—providing hands-on experience, expert training, and career opportunities for talented young people in plumbing, heating, and electrical trades.

Over the past few months, we’ve welcomed our newest apprentices to the H&A family. Supporting the next generation of tradespeople is a core part of our mission, and we are excited to guide each apprentice as they develop the skills and experience needed for long and rewarding careers.

To mark the start of their journey, the apprentices came together at our Draperstown headquarters on Friday, 10th October, for a day of introductions, team-building, and networking over lunch. The event provided an opportunity for our new team members to meet colleagues, learn more about H&A’s values, and feel part of the wider H&A family.
