Role Overview:
As a Business Development & Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the company’s marketing efforts. You play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, building brand awareness, and supporting revenue generation through innovative marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
 
There is flexibility with the role in terms of location as it can be based at any of our locations i.e. Draperstown, Derry or Mallusk.
Reports to: Managing DirectorDirect Reports: N/A
Working Hours:      
– Monday– Friday
– 8.00AM–5 PM
– Flexibility is required

Roles & Responsibilities:
 Job roles will include but are not limited to:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive company growth.
– Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and open new revenue streams.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and areas for growth.
– Track, analyse, and report on business development performance and make data-driven recommendations.
– Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
– Manage online and offline marketing efforts, including content creation, social media, email campaigns, events, and advertising.
– Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media platforms.
– Analyse marketing data and metrics to optimise campaign performance and ROI.
– Collaborate with our branch Managers who oversee our private customers, to promote and market their services, driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.
– Any other duties deemed necessary by Management

Personnel Specification:

Essential Criteria:    
-Proven experience as a Business Development or Marketing Manager.
-Solid understanding of Digital Marketing and market research.
-Valid Driving License

Desirable Criteria:·   
-Experience in a similar role in the Construction industry
-Marketing qualification
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
