Role Overview:
This role supports our Private Heating Installation and Maintenance business based in our Showroom in Derry. You will be responsible for liaising with our customers and ensuring the coordination of their information and of the works on site, in conjunction with the Branch Manager.

Working Hours:·        

Monday – Friday        
9am – 5pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for all private heating enquiries.
Allocate daily assignments to the Engineers, with a focus on accommodating any last-minute emergency tasks that may arise.
Oversee and address customer queries and ensure that any arising issues are appropriately directed to the correct department for resolution.
Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring that a satisfactory outcome is achieved wherever possible.
Generate and process invoices with precise attention to detail, ensuring that all invoices are paid within the stipulated timeframe.
Regularly review customer accounts to ensure they are up to date with no outstanding payments.
Maintain records of all cash transactions and reconcile the cash box, accounting for any discrepancies.
Maintain all spreadsheets with current and accurate information.
Support the Branch Manager in maintaining and growing the customer portfolio.
Any other duties deemed necessary by management.

Personnel Specification:

Essential Criteria:·        

Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in an office-based customer service role
Experience using MS Word and MS Excel




Desirable Criteria:·   
    
Experience in effectively assigning works to team members
