Role Overview: To carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and general improvement tasks in social housing properties to keep properties in good condition. The work will be primarily based in the Belfast Area. | |

Roles & Responsibilities: – General maintenance e.g. lift floor boards, fit pipe casing etc – Complete minor plastering works – Fit hearths and surrounds as required – Minor plumbing/joinery/electrical repairs – Deal with the general public in a professional manner ensuring everyone is treated with dignity and respect. – Ensure that contract KPI’s are delivered within the timeframes set – Ensure Safe Working Practices at all times by adhering to our Health, Safety and Environmental policies and guidelines. – Any other duties deemed necessary by management |
Essential Criteria – A valid Driver’s Licence – Experience in a similar role – Experience using various hand and power tools | Desirable Criteria – Time served or qualified in a trade |
