Role Overview: To carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and general improvement tasks in social housing properties to keep properties in good condition. The contract area stretches from the Causeway Coast, through Antrim, the Greater Belfast Area and further South. | |

Roles & Responsibilities: – Assess properties for maintenance needs and identify potential issues before they become major problems. – Perform various repairs and maintenance tasks including · minor plumbing issues e.g. unclogging drains, repairing/replacing taps etc ·minor joinery issues, e.g. repairing doors/windows etc ·minor electrical issues e.g. replacing outlets/switches/light fixtures ·minor repairs on tiles/flooring ·outdoor maintenance – Ensure Safe Working Practices at all times by adhering to our Health, Safety and Environmental policies and guidelines. – Any other duties deemed necessary by management |
Personnel Specification:
Essential Criteria:· A valid Driver’s Licence Experience in a similar role Experience using various hand and power tools | Desirable Criteria:· Time served or qualified in a trade |
