Customer Liaison Officer- Draperstown (Maternity Cover)

Role Overview:
This role supports our Private Heating Installation business based in our Head Office in Draperstown. They will be responsible for liaising with our private customers and ensuring the coordination of their information and of the works on site, in conjunction with the Contract Manager.

Working Hours:·        

Monday – Friday       
9am – 5pm

Roles & Responsibilities:·        
– Be the first point of contact for all private heating enquiries
– Assist in the preparation and issuing of quotations for heating installation to potential new customers
– Follow up on any quotations issued to assist in building new business
– Assist potential new customers with any available grant funding
– Follow up on any building control applications made
– Assist with the allocation of work to the operatives
– Process payments and grant applications for customers as required.
– Deal with customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
– Any other duties deemed necessary by management.
Essential Criteria:
– 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade C and above including Maths & English
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in similar role
– Experience using MS Word and MS Excel
