| Roles & Responsibilities: Job roles will include but are not limited to: – Installing both oil and gas heating systems into domestic properties – General duties related to housing maintenance and installations – Ability to fault find and problem solve – Work within Safe Working Practices adhering to our Health, Safety and Environmental policies and guidelines at all times – Work as part of an efficient and professional team | |
Personnel Specification:
| Essential Criteria:– Either ·NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating Or ·be a time served Plumber And ·Have recent domestic experience. ·Have a Full Driving Licence | Desirable Criteria: ·OFTEC or Gas Safe qualification ·A valid CSR card ·Previous social housing experience |
