Tiler – Omagh

Job Description

Role Overview: As a Tiler you will support the delivery of our Bathroom Kitchen Rewire (BKR) scheme. The role involves the preparation and installation of wall and floor tiling in domestic properties, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with health and safety regulations.
Reports to: Site SupervisorDirect Reports: N/A
Working Hours:·        
· Monday – Friday· 
· 7.00AM– 4.30PM·        
· Flexibility is required

Roles & Responsibilities:
Job roles will include but are not limited to:
– Carry out tiling works as part of planned bathroom and kitchen refurbishments within the BKR programme.
– Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles, levelling floors and walls, and applying waterproofing materials where necessary.
– Cut, lay, and grout a variety of tiles to meet project specifications.
– Liaise effectively with other trades (plumbers, electricians, joiners, etc.) to ensure seamless project delivery.
– Ensure all tiling work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
– Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
– Complete daily job sheets and report any issues or variations to the Site Supervisor.
– Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
– Other tasks as deemed necessary by management

Personnel Specification:

Essential Criteria:–         
– Proven experience in domestic tiling, preferably within kitchen and bathroom settings.
– Must have Full Driving Licence
Desirable Criteria:–         
·Experience working on social housing schemes
