| Roles & Responsibilities: Job roles will include but are not limited to: – Carry out tiling works as part of planned bathroom and kitchen refurbishments within the BKR programme. – Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles, levelling floors and walls, and applying waterproofing materials where necessary. – Cut, lay, and grout a variety of tiles to meet project specifications. – Liaise effectively with other trades (plumbers, electricians, joiners, etc.) to ensure seamless project delivery. – Ensure all tiling work meets quality standards and customer expectations. – Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. – Complete daily job sheets and report any issues or variations to the Site Supervisor. – Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines. – Other tasks as deemed necessary by management | |
