Role Overview:
The successful candidate will work from our Mallusk office and will be responsible for coordinating operations, including operatives and sub-contractors, and the planning and scheduling of job orders for our clients in line with client KPI requirements whilst delivering excellent customer service across contract delivery.
Reports to:  Contract ManagerDirect Reports: N/A
Working Hours:·        
– Monday – Friday
– 7.30am – 5 PM
– Flexibility is required

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Carry out normal trade related daily duties and completing assigned works.
– Assist the administration team in the completion of works in line with the KPI requirements.
– Deal with any enquires from clients, customers and internal Managers and staff.
– Follow internal procedures to process and issue all jobs submitted in line with contractual timeframes.
– Survey works and ordering required materials for the operatives.
– Support the onsite Engineers to ensure they have all information required to complete jobs in an acceptable timeframe and to the required standard.
– Carry out pre and post inspections on works to ensure works are completed to the required quality standards and accurate SOR coding of works.
– Collate accurate variation information for Client approval as required.
– Assist with the training of new staff.
– Any other duty as deemed appropriate by management

Personnel Specification:

Essential Criteria:·      
– A valid Driver’s Licence
– Experience working in a multi trade role or similar
– Experience leading or supervising a team.
Desirable Criteria:·       
– Time served or Qualified in a Trade
